Tamara has a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. She specialized in Corporate Compliance at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and Sustainable Capitalism & ESG at UC Berkley. Prior to joining our company in 2022, she was the Compliance Officer at Empresas Lipigas; before that, she was an associate at the Carey y Cía. Lawyers, Pérez de Arce Abogados and BBGS Abogados law firms.
An industrial engineer with a mention in environmental engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, he has close to 20 years of experience in team leadership. CEO of Aerosan since December 2022. His career began at LATAM Airlines in positions such as Senior Operations and Service Director for Chile, VP of Corporate Services, and CEO of LATAM Chile. He later held the position of CEO of Correos Chile and, after three years, became Corporate CEO of Casaideas.
Rodrigo has an undergraduate degree in Organizational Psychology from Universidad Central and a Master’s in Organizational Development from Universidad de Salamanca.
