Santiago, November 2024. The Board of Directors of SAAM [SM SAAM] approved an interim dividend totaling US$ 20 million, or US$ 0.00205415954704982 per share.
It will be paid starting December 4, 2024, from net income for the year 2024 in Chilean pesos using the exchange rate as of November 29 of this year. Shareholders of record at midnight on that day shall be entitled to the dividend.
